Stuffed roast turkey 聖誕烤釀火雞 (Serve 10-15)
食譜Recipe
1隻火雞 (超市有售 Tasty, city ultra etc)1 Free range turkey (ideally Norfolk Black or
Bronze)
鹽, 即磨黑胡椒Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2個洋蔥 onions, 開半
1個檸檬 lemon (orange), 開半
1 整個蒜頭 garlic, 打橫切開
2個蕃茄切碎tomato cubed
6 塊月桂葉 bay leaves
橄欖油Olive oil
8 塊煙肉 smoked streaky bacon
1 罐白腰豆 cannellini beans
小紅莓果醬 cranberry jam (配熟火雞肉)
8條煙肉bacon
檸檬, 蕃茜, 蒜蓉牛油Lemon, parsley and garlic butter:
375g 牛油butter, 放置室溫
1 湯匙橄欖油 olive oil
2個細檸檬汁和青Finely grated zest and juice of 2 small lemons
3 瓣蒜頭garlic cloves,
1 細束蕃茜葉Small bunch of flat leaf parsley, leaves only
